Cornerzone Update
The Cornerzone is once again full of activity! We are excited to partner with adults and teens from the local church who are sharing Jesus in a relevant way! Our coffee shop (sponsored by Hebrews Iron River) and drop-in time is open every Tuesday and Thursday, staffed by volunteers from several churches. There was a Superbowl party, sponsored by another local church, which was instrumental in leading a young adult to Jesus. We even had a Passover Seder dinner, again sponsored by a church, that provided a cultural lesson and the gospel message for the youth and adults who attended. We have guys and girls Bible studies on Tuesdays, and a large group Bible study on Thursday nights. We still have many time slots open for ministry, so please pray for more church partners so that we can use the Cornerzone everyday!
About Cornerzone
People, not buildings and programs, show the love of God. The heart behind our youth center is to provide a “home” for youth in a city to take refuge in, see and experience the Love of God first hand, and gain an eternal relationship with Him. This can only be done through people who have a passion for the youth in their city, can be there on a consistent basis, and will plug youth into their local church.
